Cutting the budget

With their motorbikes underwater, and Apollon still minimizing the budget as much as possible, Kotetsu and Barnaby had to find alternative means to travel around.

But I can totally see Kotetsu hopping into a shopping cart and begging Barnaby to push him around. XD
